02/12/2017 - College PREP - Monticello, IA AJ is a 2020 1B/OF with a solid skill set. She is a tall lanky player whose frame will add muscle, as she grows older. At the plate she is a gap-to-gap hitter with a on time stride and smooth rhythm and timing. She uses her lower half very well and the ball jumps off her bat. As she continues to grow and add more muscle she has real potential to be a power hitter. As a defender at both positions she has great ready to learn attitude and hustles all over the field. She has good accurate arm to her targets. Continuing to work on her arm action and playing through the ball in the OF will add velocity to her throws. Overall AJ is a player with the right coaching, dedication and hard work will be successful at the next level.
