03/03/2019 - College PREP - Indianapolis, IN Alaina is a 2022 outfielder with a developing skill set. Defensively, she has fluid footwork and range to both sides. She is athletic in her fielding position and quick to the ball. She moves well in the gaps and reads the ball well off of the bat. She makes accurate throws to her target and keeps her throws on line to her cut off. Offensively, she has an athletic set up in the box and a short stride to the ball. She loads back well in her lower half and stays center in her balance. She has fast hands through the zone and makes hard contact to her pull side. Overall, Alaina hustles hard and has great work ethic.
