09/22/2013 - College PREP - Columbus, OH Alexis is an evolving 1B with a well-balanced skill set. Defensively, she has a good pre-pitch and moves well to the bag when fielding. Working on soft, sure hands and a quick transfer will help to improve fielding. Overall, Alexis has an aggressive, confident approach when playing defense. At the plate, she has a solid setup and stays inside the ball well. She shows good potential for power with her bat extension and will benefit from utilizing the lower half at contact point, ultimately, allowing her to access the entire field effectively. Overall, Alexis has a good frame for the position and has solid athletic ability to aid in her continued development as a player.
