10/06/2013 - College PREP - Bristol, TN Alicia is an evolving C with a balanced skill set. Defensively, she receives with sure hands, commands the field vocally, and moves well when blocking. Working on getting the glove down quicker when blocking will improve efficiency. Overall, Alicia is aggressive and has a confident approach to playing defense. At the plate, she uses a square set up and keeps her balance centered before launching to the ball producing contact to all hitting fields. She shows good power and will benefit from utilizing the lower half to help improve power upon contact, ultimately, allowing her to access the entire field effectively. Overall, Alicia has a good frame for the position at 5'5 and has solid athletic ability to aid in her continued development as a player.
