07/06/2018 - College PREP - Conroe, TX Alisha is a 2019 3B with a balanced skill set. In the box, Alisha is a RHH that uses an athletic stance with a square stance and centered balance. She loads her hands back, creates fluid rhythm and makes hard contact. She extends through contact and shows natural pop to the pull side. Working to stay inside the ball and seeing the ball deeper in the zone will allow her to see more gap production. At 3B, Alisha is an agile player with active footwork. She makes a quick exchange and makes accurate throws to her target. Working to present her glove sooner will allow her to play through the ball more. Overall, Alisha is hard working player and with continued coaching she will be able to take her game to the next level.
