05/31/2018 - Softball Factory College World Series Select Training (Grad Year 2018-2022) Alize is a 2021 outfielder with a developing skill set. Defensively, she has quick feet and moves well in the gaps. She gets good reads off of the bat and takes good angles to the ball. She positions herself well behind the ball to create solid momentum through each play. She has a clean exchange on her throws to her target and an accurate arm on her throws. Offensively, she has an athletic set up in the box and a short stride to the ball. She is fluid in her rhythm and center in her balance. She is explosive through the zone and keeps her hips and hands connected through her swing. She gets to extension well and makes hard contact consistently. Overall, Alize has a great attitude and work ethic.
