11/18/2020 - 2020 Under Armour Softball Factory Fall Classic - 16U Allie is an athletic 2B who has a tremendous future on the field. At the plate, hitting / power potential excellent through a squared setup. Hands are quick (66 mph exit velocity) and work through an aggressive swing path. She has strength in her swing and stays inside the ball with gap-to-gap pop. At 2B, defensive abilities are outstanding as she displays smooth / easy actions. Feet are active as she attacks ball and plays through with her body. Glove action is clean and she presents well out front. Throws are accurate with on line carry (62 mph velocity) to her target. Range is a plus as she moves well laterally and covers ground. Mental makeup is a plus as she is very coachable, plays with a lot of energy, and works hard to be the best player she can be. With 3 years to further develop, Allie has the makings of a special type player and will get looks from the collegiate coaches with her abilities.
