01/17/2020 - 2020 Softball Factory All-America Pre-Season Tournament Allison is a Softball Factory veteran and this year had earned Softball Factory Pre- Season All American honors. At 3B, Allison is a strong player. She reads the ball off the bat, works behind the ball and plays through. She has a strong arm and is able to make a play on the run. In the box, Allison is a strong hitter that works from the right side. She consistently puts the ball in play and shows power to opposite field. Allison is an athletic player with the tools and confidence needed to play at the collegiate level.
11/09/2017 - Softball Factory Select Training & Competition at Historic Dodgertown Allison is a 2021 catcher / first baseman that has returned to the Softball Factory for continued training. Behind the plate, Allison has active footwork and agile range. She has a low and square setup that helps her move quickly to any location. Allison presents her glove early and has a clean exchange to the throwing position. She does a good job of getting behind the ball and sticking a strike to help out her pitcher. Offensively, Allison uses a square setup in the box. She incorporates a short load to the backside before utilizing her forward stride to contact. Allison has fluid and smooth rhythm, which helps her maintain centered balance throughout her swing path. She does a good job of getting to the extension position and consistently squaring balls up. Overall, Allison is a passionate player that will continue to develop into a talented athlete.
11/10/2016 - Softball Factory Select Training & Competition at Historic Dodgertown Allison is a 2021 C with a balanced skill set. In the box Allison is a RHH that uses a square stance. She is a spray hitter that generates line drive power. Working to engage her lower half and extending through the ball will allow Allison to see an increase in her power production. Defensively Allison has an athletic stance. She presents a good target and receives with soft/sure hands. She works to get in line with her target and leads out her target. Engaging her lower half and generating momentum to her target will allow her to see an increase in her arm strength. Overall Allison is coachable player and with continued coaching, reps and exposure she will have the opportunity to take her game to the next level.
