09/03/2021 - Softball Factory All-Region Tournament Ally is a 2025 graduate who plays SS. She is very energetic and a well rounded athlete. In the box, she generates power and had 3 HR's on the weekend with a 74MPH exit velocity. At SS, she stays low and works through the ball. Improving her footwork on defense and keeping her hands consistent pre-pitch will help Ally take her game to the next level. Overall, she has the skill set and tools to continue improving her game on the dirt.
01/18/2021 - All-In Membership - Glendale (Phoenix), AZ Ally is a strong, athletic C/SS who has a promising future on the diamond. Behind the dish, she presents a soft/sure mitt showing great pocket awareness sticking pitches. She uses her body well through the blocking process, centering balls well out front. Pop times showed a range of 1.77-1.82 with accuracy / carry (63 mph velocity) to her target. At SS, defensive abilities are well above average as she displays smooth / fluid actions. Feet are aggressive as she works around balls and plays through with her body. Glove action is clean and presents well out front. At the plate, she continues to shine, displaying outstanding hitting / power potential through an athletic setup. Hands are quick and work to and through a level swing path. She shows a feel for the barrel through a line drive approach with gap to gap pop. Lower half works well through the swing with the ball jumping off the bat when centered. With 5 years to further develop, Ally has the makings of a special type player as she continues to progress her game.
