07/19/2021 - All-In Membership - Trenton, NJ Ameerah is a talented 2024 OF/1B! In the outfield, Ameerah does a great job of moving to the ball and has a good first step. She has great range and tracks the ball well. Something for her to work on is making sure that she gets over the top of the ball more on her throws. This will help with the accuracy on her throws. At first base, Ameerah keeps the ball in front well and fields with soft hands. She has a clean exchange and release. Some things for her to work on are being smoother on her backhands, and staying on the balls of her feet more. Hitting wise, she tracks the ball well and is quick through the zone. She uses her lower half well, and is a gap to gap hitter. If she can work on keeping her hands inside the ball more and staying direct she will make solid hard contact. Overall, Ameerah is a talented athlete with a lot of potential!
