11/07/2013 - Softball Factory Select Training at Vero Beach Andrea is an evolving 3B with a balanced skill set. Defensively, she presents well and fields using sure glovework to routine balls. Working on fluid footwork will help her increase range. Overall, Andrea she makes adjustments and has a confident approach to playing defense. At the plate, she uses a square set up with mid hands, a back load and short stride before making hard contact. She shows good power and will benefit from a more explosive lower half to improve power on contact, ultimately allowing her to access the entire field effectively. Overall, Andrea is enthusiastic, coachable, loves the game and has solid athletic ability to help aid in her continued development as a player.
