Behind the plate, Andrea has an athletic catching position and quick feet. She moves well to both sides of the plate and has soft hands when framing the ball into the zone. Her exchange is clean and her throw is accurate and in line with her target. She has great body positioning when blocking and moves low out of her squat to field bunts. At third, Andrea has a fluid and active pre-pitch approach. She shows agility in her lateral range and has an athletic fielding position. Her feet are fluid throw each ground ball and her glove soft behind each ball. Her exchange is clean and her throw accurate. Offensively, Andrea has an athletic setup and on-time stride to the ball. She loads well into her lower half and has a smooth rhythm throughout her swing. She makes hard contact consistently and shows power to her pull side. As a slapper, she has square setup with her hips and shoulders. Her footwork through the box is fluid and her lower-half on-time. Overall, Andrea hustles everywhere and is very coachable.
