10/19/2019 - Interactive Video Program - Erie, PA Anna Socash is a 2026 right handed catcher with a developing skill set. Behind the plate, Anna has active and efficient feet. She is athletic and low in her catching position and has good range to both sides. She gets out quickly fielding bunts and shows good blocking mechanics. She has accurate throws to her target and shows strength in her release. Offensively, Anna is square and athletic in her setup. Her stride is on-time and her rhythm fluid. She attacks each pitch but with the addition of a load, it will allow her to extend through the ball consistently. Overall, Anna works hard and has a great attitude.
