01/12/2018 - 2018 Softball Factory All-America Pre-Season Rookie Tournament Annie is a coachable athlete with a great attitude, work ethic and athleticism. Defensively, Annie has active footwork and agile range. She is athletic in her fielding position and presents her glove out in front. Annie has a strong glove and displays a good stretch. She is always looking for the next play and makes accurate throws to her targets. In the circle, Annie has a calm presence and extends well through her release. She has athletic balance and has fluid arm action. Annie has controlled mechanics and works hard on every pitch for her team. She uses her curve ball and change up to keep hitters off balance at the plate. Annie does a great job with her location and command. Offensively, Annie has an athletic stance with a soft stride to contact. She loads and stays balanced throughout her swing. Annie is fluid with her timing and smooth with her rhythm. She stays connected with her hips/hands and drives her lower half. Annie is on plane to contact and makes hard contact gap-to-gap. Overall, Annie has so much love and respect for the game. She is a special athlete that will always be a great asset to any team she is apart of.
07/12/2017 - 2017 Atlanta Legacy Showcase 14U It is always great to have Annie back playing with the Softball Factory. Annie is an athlete, no matter the situation, with a great attitude and smile on her face. No matter what Annie is asked to do or what role she is in, she will be a leader and do it to the best of her ability. Defensively, Annie is always talking to her teammates and aggressive at all times. She has soft hands when fielding and takes good angles to the ball. Annie plays through the ball and makes accurate throws to her target. She makes smart decision in key situations on the field. Offensively, Annie has a strong stance at the plate and takes a soft stride to contact. She produced some key hits in RBI situations and stayed consistent at the plate throughout the weekend. Annie provided the power to the line up and consistently hits the gaps. Overall, Annie was a leader for this team to achieve some great things over the weekend. She will always bring great attributes to each team she is apart of and will be a great asset to any collegiate program.
06/01/2017 - Softball Factory College World Series Select Training Annie is a 2022 right-handed pitcher with a well balanced skill set. In the circle, Annie has a very fluid arm action in her wind up and holds a calm and confident mound presence. She has controlled mechanics and and athletic balance. She extends thru on her release and keeps an open hip direction. She has great control on her changeup and creates a late break with this pitch. She displays great change of speed with her change up. She displays a great rise ball with correct spin and has great location on it. She creates a quick motion and tight snap on her fastball. She also shows a good drop ball with correct spin and good control. She keeps her drop ball down and off of the plate which makes for a really good pitch to mix in. Annie makes outstanding effort and a great attitude. She has good potential to pitch at the collegiate level. Offensively, Annie is square and athletic in her stance and swings hard to the ball. She has a strong base and adjusts well to pitches. She displays great bat angle and gets to extension in her swing really well. She stays short to the ball and keeps a direct swing path thru the zone. Annie loads well and on time in her legs and stays fluid all through out. Overall, Annie is a great athlete and will work hard on what is needed to take her game to the next level.
03/19/2017 - College PREP - Las Vegas, NV Annie is a 2022 first baseman, right-handed pitcher with a well balanced skill set. Defensively, Annie has good range in all directions and has a good athletic pre pitch. She has soft hands when fielding the ball and displays good field awareness. Annie has quick feet and makes outstanding effort on each ball that is hit her way. She has good glove work and can throw from multiple arm slots when needed. Annie has a clean exchange to throw and has fluid arm action. She has a quick release and makes accurate, on-line throws to her target. In the circle, Annie has a calm, confident presence and extends well through her release. She stays tall through her finish and has great stride length. Annie gets her hips in the correct position for each pitch and works well to the corners of the plate. She works with a rise ball and drop ball to keep the hitters off balance in the box and has great movement for her age. Annie also mixes in her change up well and keeps it low for great location. Offensively, Annie is square in her stance and takes a soft stride to contact. She loads well in her legs and is smooth with rhythm in the box. Annie stays balanced throughout her swing and hits with a firm front side. She works together with her hips/hands and stays inside each pitch. Annie is a line drive hitter and works well up the middle of the field. Overall, Annie is a young, hard working athlete that displays her love for the game at everything she does on the field. She will only continue to improve on each aspect of her game to play at the highest level possible.
07/06/2016 - Softball Factory Mid America Championship Annie is a 2022 third baseman with a well-balanced skill set. Defensively, Annie holds an athletic presence and is a vocal leader in the infield. She displays good body control and has good glove work on her glove side and backhand. Annie uses the proper footwork when playing through the ball and makes accurate throws to her target. By working more from the ground up and presenting her glove, Annie will become a lot smoother and fluid at her position. Offensively, Annie has a strong base and takes a soft stride to contact. She activates her hands well with her load and stays inside the ball well. By really working on her timing and extending through the zone with explosion, Annie will become a lot powerful and consistent at the plate. Overall, Annie is a young athlete that will outwork anyone on the field. She holds the character and mannerisms you would want any athlete to have in your program. Annie will always continue to work hard to take her game to the next level and be the best she can be. We look forward to watching Annie grow and become a high level player.
