07/31/2019 - Softball Factory World Series - Prospects Ashley returns to another Softball Factory event displaying her strong skill set and ability to adjust when needed. Defensively, she is athletic in her fielding position and has effective footwork through each play. She has as strong first step and reads the ball well off of the bat. She takes good angles in the gaps and strong and accurate in her throws to her cut off. Offensively, she has a tall stance in the box and keeps her hands high through the zone. She activates her lower half well through her swing and is explosive through the zone with her barrel. Overall, Ashley makes hard contact consistently and is engaged at all times on defense.
03/03/2019 - College PREP - Sacramento, CA Ashley is a 2021 right handed outfielder with a developing skill set. Defensively, she is light on her feet and moves well in the gaps. She has range to both sides and reads the ball well off of the bat. She is quick in her action to the ball and positions herself well behind the ball to create good momentum through each play. Offensively, she has a square set up in the box and a soft stride to the ball. She loads back well in her lower half and stays center in her balance. Her hips and hands work well together and she has fast hands through the zone. Overall, Ashley works hard in the outfield and in the box. If she continues to work hard, she will do what it takes to play at the next level.
