She lets the ball travel into the hitting zone, connects and sprays line-drives. At 1B, she hustles into a square fielding position and tracks GB's into her mitt. She makes the plays with soft hands and gathers well. On the mound, she maintains good tempo and repeats her delivery well. She is around the plate with all 3-pitches, throwing strikes consistently. FB ranges from 44-47 mph as she works it in and out. Dropball has late action and should get GB outs. Ashtyn is a skilled 2-way prospect who still has time to progress.
