12/27/2016 - Softball Factory Christmas Camp & Tournament Ayden is a 2018 right-handed pitcher that is continuing to develop her skill set. In the circle, Ayden uses a fastball, change up, drop, and curve combination to attack hitters. She brings a calm and coachable presence to the mound. Ayden maintains good balance, extends through release and has a tall finish. She displays free arm action and smooth mechanics. By working to drive off the mound, Ayden will increase her velocity. Offensively, Ayden uses a square and athletic setup in the box. She has a short and soft stride that she uses for timing. Ayden has smooth rhythm, fast bat speed and a short swing path. She does a good job of making hard contact and keeping her barrel on plane through the hitting zone to produce line drives. Overall, Ayden is a hard worker that brings an athletic presence to the field.
