10/19/2014 - College PREP - Liberty (Kansas City), MO Bailey is a talented OF with a well balanced skill set. Defensively, she has an accurate arm, quick footwork, and confident glovework. Working on getting to the power line more effectively will help to improve range and efficiency. Overall, Bailey gets behind various balls well and has a natural instinct on the field. As a slap / hitter, she produces contact to the 5-6 hole with her active slap footwork and aggressive approach. She shows potential for power, and will benefit from driving the barrel directly through the zone and bat extension to improve power on contact, ultimately allowing her to access the entire field more effectively. Overall, Bailey has a good frame for the position and solid athletic ability to help aid in her continued development as a player.
