02/10/2019 - College PREP - Martinez, CA Bailey is a 2023 right handed outfielder with a strong skill set. Defensively, she has effective feet and moves well in the gaps. She has a square fielding position and a clean exchange on her throws to her target. She is quick in her action to the ball and creates good backspin on her throws. Offensively, she has a square set up in the box and a soft stride to the ball. She loads back well in her lower half and drives through the zone. She has fast hands and displays solid contact to all parts of the field. Overall, Bailey has great work ethic and will do what it takes to play at the next level.
