03/17/2013 - College PREP - Conway (Little Rock), AR Bayleigh is a developing athlete. As a 3B, she has an accurate arm, soft, sure hands, good backhands and fielding mechanics. Focusing on using the entire body when throwing and quicker footwork will increase velocity and successful fielding. As a hitter, she has an aggressive, square set up with good extension and timing that produces hard contact. Focusing on a short, level bat path and a consistent stride and load will increase power and consistency. With application and experience, Bayleigh will be on track for collegiate attention.
