Defensively, she has an accurate arm with carry on her throw, receives pitches confidently and sticks the pitch well and moves well on bunt coverage. Working on getting to her powerline on throwdowns and fluid footwork when blocking will help to improve fielding efficiency. Overall, Bianca has a natural demeanor behind the plate and a confident approach to commanding the field. At the plate, she uses a square set up with a back load and square stride, quick hands through the zone and good pitch selection before aggressively producing hard contact to all hitting fields. She shows good power and will benefit from an explosive lower half to improve power on contact, ultimately allowing her to access the entire field effectively. Overall, she has a good frame for the position and solid athletic ability to help aid in her continued development as a player.
