12/01/2018 - College PREP - Pensacola, FL Briahna is a 2021 two-way player as a SS/C. In the box, Briahna is a RHH that uses an athletic stance. She consistently puts the ball in play and is a line drive hitter. Working to create a weight transfer in her swing will allow her to be on time to contact and see more power production. At SS, Briahna is an agile player. She presents her glove on time, fields with sure hands and makes a clean transfer. She provides good feeds on the double play and shows good footwork through the bag. Working on her backhand transition will allow her to field with that play with sure hands. Behind the plate, Briahna has a good presence. She communicates with her team and works hard for her pitcher. Trusting her glove work will allow her frame out tough pitches. Overall, Briahna is a coachable player with the tools needed to play at the collegiate level.
