03/21/2021 - All-In Membership - Marlborough (Boston), MA Brigid is a 2024 RHP/OF with a balanced skill set. On the mound, Brigid has a calm and confident presence. She has a fluid arm action, extends through her release and has a controlled finish. She is able to control the zone and creates a great break on her screwball. She works in the 51-54 mph range and is able to throw her change up in the 35-36 mph range. Working to maintain her arm speed will allow her to conceal her pitches. In the OF, Brigid handles the routine play well. She does a nice job catching the fly ball at the highest point and makes a clean transfer. She gets in line with her target and makes accurate throws with carry. Working on her angles will help her play through the ball more. In the box, Brigid is a RHH that uses a closed stance. She creates smooth rhythm with a back load and short stride. She makes hard contact and is a line drive hitter. Working to accelerate through contact will allow her to see more power. Overall, Brigid is a coachable player that will continue to impress coaches.
