02/22/2014 - College PREP - Mt. Laurel, NJ Brittany is a junior outfielder with a developing skill set. Defensively, Brittany receives the ball with soft and sure hands. She has an accurate arm with life strength when throwing the ball to the bags. Brittany is a vocal leader and is not afraid to get dirty. She has active footwork and moves her body well from side to side. By working on speeding up her transfer into her throwing position, Brittany will be able to get rid of the ball quicker. Offensively, Brittany uses a square setup with a backwards load and short stride to make a positive move to the ball. She is an aggressive hitter with quick bat speed to contact. Brittany is a strong player that consistently hits the ball hard. She will benefit from letting the ball travel all the way into the hitting zone. Overall, Brittany is a powerful kid that will continue to develop as a player.
