03/21/2021 - All-In Membership - Phoenix , AZ Cadence is 2023 LHP/OF with a balanced skill set. On the mound, Cadence has a confident presence. She shows a fluid arm action, extends through her release and has a controlled finish. She does a nice job of controlling the zone and shows good movement. She is able to change speeds and keep hitters off balance. Working to keep her change up low in the zone will allow her to see more ground ball outs. In the OF, Cadence shows good range and field awareness. She gets behind the ball, presents her glove on time and fields with sure hands. She makes a clean transfer and makes accurate throws. Playing through the ball will allow her to get more momentum behind her throws. In the box, Cadence is a RHH that uses a square stance with centered balance. She creates smooth rhythm with a back load and short stride. She has a middle of the field approach and is a consistent line drive hitter. Overall, Cadence is a coachable player that will continue to improve her skill set.
