09/29/2019 - College PREP - St. Louis, MO Caitlyn Powers is a 2021 RHP. In the circle, Caitlyn utilizes her fastball, a great change and curve and a drop ball. She has good wrist action with a free arm circle. Caitlyn has developed spin and control with each pitch. She is consistent with her pitch placement and can spot her fastball in all locations. With her work ethic and consistency, she has potential to compete at the next level. At the plate, Caitlyn attacks every ball. With an on-time stride and smooth timing, she is able to make contact consistently. By developing her extension through the ball, she will be able to generate more power into her swing. Overall, Caitlyn is athletic, adjusts well, and hustles every play.
