11/07/2013 - Softball Factory Select Training at Vero Beach Chloe is as a talented 3B with a well-balanced skill set. Defensively, she starts in an athletic fielding position and fields the ball out front using sure hands with active, efficient footwork and controlled approach to various balls. Working on routes to the backhand side will help her to improve fielding efficiency. Overall, she is enthusiastic and has a confident approach to playing defense. At the plate, she uses an athletically balanced set up with a smooth load, a short stride and keeps her balance stable before launching to the ball to produce hard, consistent line drives. She shows good power and will benefit from a more explosive lower half as well as bat extension after contact to improve power, ultimately allowing her to access the entire field effectively. Overall, she has natural leadership qualities, a contagious attitude and solid athletic ability to help aid in her continued development as a player.
