06/11/2018 - College PREP - Slidell, LA Clea is a 2019 two-way player as a C/OF. In the box, Clea is a RHH that uses an athletic stance with a square stride and centered balance. She loads her hands back, makes square contact and shows gap-to-gap power. Working to be on time to contact will allow her to see an increase in her consistency. Behind the plate, Clea has an athletic stance. She receives with soft hands, makes a clean exchange and makes accurate throws with carry. Working to get her body in line with her target will allow her to generate more momentum to her target. In the OF, Clea reads the ball off the bat well. She has fluid footwork and takes good angles. She presents her glove on time, makes a clean transfer and makes accurate throws. Playing through the ball will allow her to generate momentum to her target and see more carry on her throws. Overall, Clea is a hard-working player and with continued coaching she will be able to take her game to the next level.
