She presents her hands and has active and effective footwork which allows her to cover more ground. In the OF, she works behind the ball and is aggressive. Conerly has an opposite field hitting approach with an open stance and smooth rhythm. Glove work drills with smooth movements will help her improve her infield abilities. Increased bat speed and more backside load will improve her power in the box. Overall, Conerly has a quick release and has the potential to further develop her skills on the diamond.
