03/07/2021 - Official College Recruiting Membership - Bowie, MD Corina is a 2023 C with a balanced skill set. In the box, Corina is a RHH that uses a crouched, square stance with a short stride. She has an aggressive approach, works to engage her lower half and makes consistent contact. She is a line drive hitter that also shows gap power. Working to stay on plane will allow her to see more consistency in her power production. Behind the plate, Corina has a good presence with a low, athletic stance. She presents a good target and looks the ball in. She does a nice job getting around the ball to block and is able to deaden the ball in front. Adding a long toss program to her workouts will allow her to work on her arm slot and arm strength. Overall, Corina is a hard working player that will continue to improve her game.
