11/06/2014 - Softball Factory Select Training at Vero Beach Deja is a freshman shortstop that is continuing to develop her skill set. Defensively, Deja has a short and choppy arm slot. She will benefit from working on her overall body control, staying low to the ground, and pushing out towards the ball. Offensively, Deja uses a slightly open and high hands approach in the box. She makes hard contact at times and will benefit from letting the outside pitch travel deeper in the zone. Overall, Deja is a passionate player that will continue to develop her overall skill set.
