11/16/2016 - Under Armour Softball Factory Fall Classic - 18U Destiny is a 2017 right-handed pitcher that continue to improve. In the circle, Destiny has a calm appearance and shows good balance throughout each pitch. She keeps her movement pitches in the mid 50s and her drop ball is the key pitch that keeps hitter off balance in the box. By working with more leg drive off the mound, Destiny will gain power and movement in all of her pitches. Offensively, Destiny is square to the plate in her set up and displays a strong, powerful swing at the plate. She takes a short, soft stride to contact and keeps her weight centered throughout her swing. Destiny works well with her hips/hands and has quick bat speed for powerful contact. By engaging even more of her lower half, Destiny could become even more of a power threat at the plate. Overall, Destiny is a great athlete with an amazing attitude. She is always dedicated to what is best for her team and will be a great asset to a collegiate lineup.
01/16/2015 - 2015 Softball Factory All-America Pre-Season Tournament Destiny is a talented RHP with a solid skill set. On the mound, Destiny has great form and control of the game. She uses a myriad of pitches to challenge hitters with her curve ball being her best. Working on hitting the inside pitch will make her more of a threat. At the plate, She uses a square set up, centered balance and excellent rhythm to make positive movement towards the ball. She will see in an increase in power by incorporating more weight transfer into her swing. Overall, Destiny is a talented player with skills that will without a doubt transfer to the next level.
11/03/2013 - College PREP - Mobile, AL Destiny is a talented RHP with a well-balanced skill set. Defensively, she uses a full arm swing and smooth rhythm to challenge hitters with her arsenal of pitches. Working on individual pitch snaps/spins and more leg drive will help her to improve velocity and movement. Overall, Destiny has solid mechanics and a confident approach in the circle. At the plate, she uses a square set up with a back load and keeps her balance centered before launching to the ball with an aggressive approach. She shows good power and will benefit from implementing a stride and load to improve power on contact, ultimately allowing her to access the entire field effectively. Overall, Destiny has a good frame for the position and has solid athletic ability to help aid in her continued development as a player.
