Behind the plate, she receives with soft hands and centers to the ball when blocking. Continuing to work a more efficient arm slot and staying in an athletic position will help to improve efficiency. Overall, Donique has potential and natural athleticism. As a hitter, she uses a square set up with a short stride and keeps her balance centered before producing line drive contact. She shows good power and will benefit from an explosive lower half and timing to improve power on contact, ultimately allowing her to access the entire field effectively. Overall, Donique has a good frame for the position and solid athletic ability to help aid in her continued development as a player.
