06/17/2013 - College PREP - Ashland, OH Dusstyn is a developing athlete. As a C, she has a good stance, good arm, decent footwork, makes adjustments, and is extremely coachable. Focusing on quicker blocks and keeping the receiving hand out of the way will increase efficiency. As a hitter, she makes contact, has an athletic approach, and enjoys playing. Focusing on a stride and load, driving the hands through the zone, utilizing the lower half, and timing will increase power and efficiency. Implementing a strength and conditioning program along with position specific training will improve natural ability and skill set. With implementation of the above recommendations, Dusstyn will continue to be on track for seeking collegiate attention.
