07/12/2018 - Advanced Training and Competition at the International Cup (Grad Years 2023-2025) Eden is a 2025 right handed second baseman with a developing skill set. Defensively, she has quick feet and range to both sides. She stays low and athletic in her fielding position and has a quick exchange on her throws to her target. She stays short in her action to the ball and is aggressive in each play. Offensively, she has a square and athletic setup in the box and loads back well in her legs. She is fluid in her rhythm and direct to the ball. She shows power up the middle and makes consistent contact. Overall, Eden hustles hard and is very coachable. She will do what it takes to play at the next level.
04/29/2018 - Interactive Video Program - Long Island, NY Eden is a 2025 right handed second baseman and outfielder with a developing skill set. Defensively, in the infield she has quick feet and gets to the ball quick. She stays low in her setup and sees the ball well into her glove. By focusing on correcting her arm slot and form she will start to see more accurate throws to her target. In the outfield, Eden stays light on her feet and is agile in her range. She stays low and is aggressive in her first jump to the ball. She positions herself well behind the ball to create momentum through her throw. Offensively, she has a square setup in the box and a short stride to the ball. She is fluid in her rhythm and stays center in her balance. Her hips and hands work well together and she has the ability to spray the ball to all sides of the field. Overall, she has a great attitude and is very coachable. If she continues to work hard she will do what it takes to play at the next level.
