12/27/2016 - Softball Factory Christmas Camp & Tournament Elianna is a 2019 right handed pitcher, second baseman that returns to the softball factory to attend the Christmas camp and tournament. In the circle, Elianna has a calm presence and shows a great attitude at all times. She has great wrist snap with all of her pitches and uses a drop ball, rise ball combination to keep the hitters off balance in the box. Elianna works ahead in the count well and fields her position well. At second base, Elianna has good range in all directions and is athletic in her pre-pitch. She hustles on every play and is quick with her exchange to throw. Elianna has fluid arm action and makes accurate, on-line throws to her target. Offensively, Elianna is square in her setup and shows to be a line drive hitter. She runs the bases aggressively and will take the extra base when given. By focusing more on engaging her lower half and hand path to the ball, Elianna will gain strength and consistency at the plate. Overall, Elianna will continue to improve/work on what is needed to take her game to the highest level.

11/05/2015 - Softball Factory Select Training at Historic Dodgertown Elianna is a RHP with a well-balanced skill set. Offensively, Elianna is a powerful hitter. She has a controlled load and good space in separation. Her hands are direct with good bat speed through contact. She will see in an increase in power by incorporating more weight transfer into her swing. On the mound, Elianna has fluid are action with good extension through her release and a soft landing. She uses a four pitch package with her screwing ball being best. She has good control over her pitches and the ability to make adjustments. Working on leading with her thumb to target and keeping everything tight to the power line will increase control and velocity. Overall, Elianna is an athletic kid with lots of potential.
