09/15/2019 - College PREP - Henrico (Richmond), VA Ella is a 2021 right handed outfielder with a strong skill set. Defensively, she has effective footwork and range to both sides. She stays square to the ball and comes through the ball with solid momentum. She is fluid in her footwork and makes accurate throws to her target. She keeps her throws low and on line to her target. Offensively, Ella has a tall set up in the box and a soft stride to the ball. She barrels the ball consistently and moves well through the box when slapping. While slapping, she keeps her barrel at a downward angle and shows good barrel control. She is on time in her footwork and quick out of the box. Overall, Ella is very coachable and adjusts well when needed.
