01/17/2020 - 2020 Softball Factory All-America Pre-Season Rookie Tournament Elle Hildreth is a 2025 third baseman with a developed skill set. Defensively, Elle has an athletic setup and strong first step. Her footwork is efficient behind and through the ball and her throw is accurate to her target. From the left batter’s box, she has a square setup and controlled stride to the ball. Her barrel is on-plane through the zone and she makes hard contact consistently. She keeps the defense on their toes by putting down a great drag bunt for a base hit. By continuing to extend all the way through the zone, it will increase her overall power production. Overall, Elle is an athlete who is coachable and a hard worker.
