Her short arm swing gives her command of her fastball in the strike zone which she also able to control with good movement. Elyse's level, narrow stance will benefit from a more complete finish toward home plate. In the box, Elyse has an athletic and square set up with a short stride. She has an aggressive approach and generates bat speed. Driving inside the ball and accessing her lower half will help her create a short bat path. Overall, Elyse's strong attitude toward pitching and the game will only extend her progression as a player.
