She has soft and sure hands with good frames. Working on her catching position and footwork will help her improve her overall catching technique. Offensively, Emily uses a square setup, back load, short stride and center balance to make a positive move to the ball. Working on keeping her hands inside the ball will keep her from getting jammed and help her hit the ball to all sides of the field. Overall, Emily is a solid player that will continue to grow and develop into an advanced athlete.
