04/20/2018 - College PREP - Potomac, MD Emily is a 2021 2B with a developing skill set. In the box, Emily uses a square stance with a short stride. She shows good hand/eye coordination and works to put the ball in play. Working to be on time to contact will allow her to engage her lower half and extend through contact. At 2B, Emily hustles every play. She presents her glove on time and does a nice job of centering the ball. Adding a pre pitch to her approach will allow her to play through the ball more. Overall, Emily is a young player and with continued hard work she will be able to strengthen her skill set.
