05/16/2021 - All-In Membership - York, PA Emily is a 2022 right handed outfielder/2B with a great attitude. In the outfield Emily does well creating angles and reading the ball. Her throws are accurate and she does a great job making the routine plays. At 2B Emily shows her ability to create angles covering a wide range of ground. She has active feet and presents her hands well showing she is ready for the play. she has quick exchanges and accurate throws. At the plate she has a square athletic set up with a short square stride. She does a great job getting on plane with the pitch resulting in line drives. Emily has a great attitude and is very coachable!
03/07/2021 - All-In Membership - Milton, NY Emily is a 2022 two-way player as an OF/2B. In the box, Emily is a RHH that uses a tall stance. She has an aggressive approach and works to put the ball in play. She shows line drive power to the pull side. Working to create a consistent stride and load will allow her to engage her lower half more and keep her hands inside the ball. In the OF, has active footwork and shows good range. She fields with sure hands and makes a quick exchange. She gets in line with her target and makes accurate throws. Working to field the ground ball off the correct foot will allow her to play through the ball and gain more ground to her target. At 2B, Emily has an athletic presence and handles the routine play well. She takes a good first step to the ball and does a nice job fielding from the center of her body. She makes a clean exchange and makes accurate throws. Working on her backhand approach will allow her to have smoother transition to throw. Overall, Emily hustles every play and with continued hard work she will take her game to the next level.
