06/03/2021 - Softball Factory College World Series - Prospects Select Training Fayeth is a talented 2025 catcher that attended the College World Series Select Training Event! Behind the plate, Fayeth is quick and moves well side to side. She makes accurate throws and does a good job on her blocks and keeping the ball in front. Something for her to work on is being smoother when receiving the ball and not stabbing her glove. Also making sure her wrist and arm stays relaxed and isn't stiff when receiving. Hitting wise, she has a good setup at the plate and is balanced in the box. She has good barrel control and makes hard consistent contact. Something for her to work on is driving her lower half and legs for more power. Also making sure that she stays direct to the ball and doesn't roll her wrists. Overall, Fayeth is a great player and someone our coaching staff would love to work with in the future!
