02/05/2017 - College PREP - Dayton, OH Felicite' is a 2018 catcher with a strong skill set. Behind the plate, Felicite' has effective footwork and stays low in her fielding position. She present her glove well and, has soft hands, and firm glove work. Felicite' has a quick, clean exchange to throw and gain ground with her footwork. She has quick arm action for a quick accurate release to her target. Offensively, Felicite' is athletic in her setup and takes an on-time stride to contact. She loads well in her legs and stays smooth with her rhythm/timing in the box. Felicite' stays balanced throughout her swing and works together with her hips/hands. She is explosive to contact and displays gap-to-gap power. Overall Felicite' will only continue to get better and work on what is needed to take her game to the highest level.
12/27/2014 - Softball Factory Christmas Camp & Tournament Felicite is a talented C / 3B with a well balanced skill set. Defensively, she understands the demands of both positions well. Behind the plate, she makes accurate throws and has good fundamentals. Working on blocking and staying in an athletic position when receiving will improve efficiency. As a 3B, she has an accurate arm and makes the plays. Overall, Felicite has a confident approach on the field. As a hitter, she shows flashes of pop as she produces solid contact. Felicite will benefit from implementing a stride and load, an explosive lower half, and weight transfer will help to generate more power on contact, ultimately allowing her to access the entire field more effectively. Overall, Felicite has a good frame both positions and solid athletic ability to help aid in her continued development as a player.
