She loads her hands, creates fluid rhythm and generates explosive bat speed. She is a line drive hitter with gap power. Working to stay balanced and creating a weight transfer will allow her to see consistency in her contact. In the OF, Hailee has an aggressive approach. She has active footwork and is able to cover a lot of ground. She fields with soft hands, makes a clean transfer and makes accurate throws with carry. Working to play through the ground ball will allow her to generate momentum with a crow hop. Overall, Hailee is an athletic player with the tools needed to play at the collegiate level.
