04/20/2018 - College PREP - Potomac, MD Hailey is a 2021 1B that shows a lot of potential. In the box, Hailey is able to hit from both sides of the plate and works to put the ball in play. Adding a stride and load to her swing will allow her to engage her lower half and see more line drive and power production. At 1B, Hailey has a strong presence. She works to play through the ball and shows good arm strength across the diamond. Presenting her glove sooner and keeping her head on the ball will allow her to field the ball smoothly. Overall, Hailey looks the part and with continued hard work she will take her skill set to the next level.
