She positions herself well behind the ball to create good momentum through each play. She has quick action to the ball and makes accurate throws to her target. Offensively, she has a tall set up in the box and smooth rhythm. She drives her lower half through her swing creating good pop in her contact. She makes hard contact to the opposite field and hustles hard off and on the field. Overall, if Hailey continues to work hard, she will do what it takes to play at the next level.
