03/07/2021 - Official College Recruiting Membership - Milton, NY Hailey is a Softball Factory veteran that continues to take her game to the next level. Since her last outing, Hailey has improved her hitting tool grades along with her pitching tool grades and velos. On the mound, Hailey has a confident presence. This outing her pitches were working well at 56-57mph, with her change up dropping down to 43 mph. She is able to control the zone and creates good movement. At 3B, Hailey is very athletic. She moves well through the ball and makes accurate throws with plus carry. In the box, Hailey creates smooth rhythm with a simple swing. She has a middle of the field approach with gap to gap power. Overall, Hailey is dedicated to the game and will be an impact player at the next level.

07/31/2019 - Softball Factory World Series - Prospects Hailey returns to another Softball Factory event displaying her strong work ethic and positive attitude. She continues to improve on her skill set both in the box and on the field. At third base, she is athletic in her fielding position and square to the ball. She moves through each play with solid momentum and fields the ball out in front. She is quick in her transfer and makes accurate throws to her target. In the circle, she has a calm presence and attacks hitters early. She needs to work on staying balanced towards the plate in her motion rather than drifting to the side so that she can create more accuracy behind her pitches. Offensively, she keeps her barrel on plane through the zone and sees the ball well to her barrel. Her hips and hands work well together through her swing and she makes hard contact consistently. Overall, Hailey is engaged at all times and will reach her goals with continued hard work.
