She has a prepared pre-pitch approach and makes plays consistently. Working through the ball will allow her to gain momentum into her throw to increase strength and accuracy. Offensively, Hailey has a square setup and centered balance. She has a level bat through the zone and shows power to her pull side. Developing a lower half load will increase her overall power production.
