Working on soft hands will help her improve defensive fielding. Overall, Halie is aggressive and has a confident approach to playing defense. At the plate, she uses a square set up with a back load and keeps her balance centered before launching to the ball aggressively. She shows good power and will benefit from keeping the front side closed to improve contact, ultimately, allowing her to access the entire field effectively. Overall, Halie has a good frame for the position at 5'5 and has solid athletic ability to aid in her continued development as a player.
